Arizona State H.O.G. Rally 2012

The Grand Canyon Railway is a magical way to spend a day! Ride the train to the Grand Canyon, one of the world’s natural wonders, and enjoy singing cowboys, great Arizona scenery, and a walk along the South rim of the Canyon (the train may even get robbed by a band of cowboys on horseback on the return trip to Williams!).

Visit Bearizona where you will experience animal wildlife the way it is meant to be, in a natural environment.

Take a walk down Main Street (also known as the Mother Road) and peek into shops, have a cool drink in a Wild West saloon or a vintage soda fountain.

Bring your golf clubs and play 18 at the acclaimed Elephants Rock Golf Course.

Outdoor adventurers will enjoy a scenic drive through Sycamore Canyon or fishing, hiking, hunting and camping in a variety of state parks, recreational areas, or the Kaibab National Forest.

Take a horseback ride on a trail below Bill Williams Mountain or take a guided tour with a local tour company that explores the Grand Canyon and the area around Williams.  From hiking tours to helicopter and rafting tours, the tour companies offer unique ways to see and learn about the surrounding area from personal guides to jeep tours!

Planes of Fame Williams/Valle, our only local aviation museum is a satellite of one of the oldest aviation museums in the world-Planes of Fame, Chino, CA. Our museums were among the first to restore the aircraft in our collections back to air-worthy condition. We have many one-of-a-kind still flying airplanes in Williams. We have General MacArthur's C-121A Constellation, we have the only flying Conveyor 240 in the world and the last Martin 404 still flying in the world. Our museums are world-renowned among aviation enthusiasts.
